Legal Authorization to Operate in Colorado

The Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) regulates the Denver limo industry to ensure we are operating within their guidelines and regulations. There are some companies that are not licensed and don’t conform to the policies of the PUC. Always make sure the Denver limo company you choose is licensed and in good standing with the PUC, or you will find yourself in a bind when they get caught!

Our Denver Limo Fleet is Fully Insured for $1,500,000

The Colorado Public Utilities Commission requires $1,000,000 insurance per limousine, there are a lot of companies in Denver that don’t carry this coverage. They can get away with this until they get in an accident. At Boxcars Limo Service, we pay more because we have the largest limousines in Colorado. We will not be underinsured!

Weather Related Airport Closures

During the winter months, travelers often have to complete their trips to mountain resorts by ground transportation when flights are canceled due to inclement weather. Boxcars Denver Limo Service can get you where you need to go because we have vehicles that are equipped with four-wheel drive capability. To add to your comfort we provide non-alcoholic beverages and a video entertainment center to help pass the time.

On Time Denver Limo Performance

Your time is valuable and we don’t want you waiting on us. Our policy is to have a car at the pickup site within 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Our chauffeurs have years of experience in the industry and know Denver and the surrounding areas. They know the quickest routes to get you where you are going and alternative routes to get around unexpected traffic jams or road construction.

Flexible Payment Options

Boxcars Limo Service accepts VISA, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. For our repeat clients, many authorize us to keep their credit card on file. We never process it ahead of time unless you would prefer that. We provide monthly billing statements for companies that prearrange an open account with itemized invoices. Cash is always accepted while checks must be pre-approved. If you have a special billing request, just let us know. Our goal is to make Boxcars Limo Service YOUR Limousine Service!

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit Required to Hold Limousine

We currently spend over $4000.00 per month in advertising, and unlike some other limousine companies, we do not overbook our cars. But due to the number of last-minute cancellations on very busy days, it has become necessary to charge a deposit that is nonrefundable. Of course, this deposit is applied to your run, and if you need to make a last minute change we will do everything we can to get the job done. By giving us your credit card number, check, or cash, you are consenting to this non-refundable policy.

Non-refundable Deposit Requirements

  • $0 to $99 – $25 Deposit
  • $100 to $200 – $50 Deposit
  • $201 to $400 – $75 Deposit
  • $401 to $600 – $150 Deposit
  • $601 to $1000 – $250 Deposit
  • $1001 to $1500 – $400 Deposit
  • $1501 to $2500 – $500 Deposit
  • $2501 to $4000 – $1000 Deposit
  • $4001 & Up – Call for Pricing

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • For corporate airport transfers we require a five-hour notice prior to scheduled pickup time(s) in order to waive our minimum charge.
  • Scheduled hourly reservations require one week notice of cancellation, with a forfeit of the required deposit.
  • Late cancellations (under one week) are charged at the respective minimum for that vehicle.
  • No-Shows or cancellation on the day of scheduled reservation shall result in a charge of the total amount of the scheduled reservation, including the chauffeur’s 20% wage.
